Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your Beast subscription at any time. To cancel, please log into your account and follow the cancellation process, or contact our support team at help@beastassist.com.
2. Effective Date of Cancellation
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
3. Refunds
Beast offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our product and services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at help@beastassist.com within the 30-day period.
4. Refund for Pre-launch Subscribers
Beast is expected to launch on April 15th, 2025. In case the launch is delayed without explicit written consent of the subscriber, a full no-questions-asked refund will be made.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Partial month of product or services, except the first 30 days as mentioned in clause 3
- Any add-on features or services
- Exceeding the fair usage policy
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued using the original payment method.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
